Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Estimated Shipping Times:

• Domestic: 3–5 business days

Shipping Rates:
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over Rs.1200. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Track Your Order:
Once your jewelry ships, you'll receive a tracking link to follow your package every step of the way. Questions? Our support team is here to help.

 NO RETURN or EXCHANGE allowed. Only damaged items REFUND allowed. Customer must record video of OPENING the PARCEL. SHIPPING COST will be deducted on MRP and balance amount will be credited 7 to 10 working days via RAZORPAY. 

Exclusions:
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
