Shipping Policy

We ship across India from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Orders placed before 3 pm are dispatched the next working day (no dispatch on Sundays).

Choose your delivery partner

Every product page and the checkout show three options for your pincode, with the exact price and expected arrival date:

The Professional Couriers – Standard: our most affordable option, usually 2–6 days.
DTDC – Prime Express: next-day delivery within Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and metro cities; 1–4 days elsewhere.
Blue Dart – Domestic Priority: premium air delivery, next day to 3 days with priority handling.

The delivery charge depends on your pincode and on the weight and size of the parcel. It is shown before you pay and never changes after you order.

Free delivery

Standard delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above; DTDC Prime Express is free on orders of ₹2,499 and above. Free-shipping coupons make the standard option free.

Cash on Delivery

Available on orders between ₹299 and ₹3,000 for a fee of ₹49, subject to pincode serviceability.

Tracking and our delivery promise

You receive the tracking number and a link to the courier's website as soon as your order ships. We watch every parcel: if it is delayed we tell you first, with a new arrival date. If anything goes wrong (late, not received, damaged, wrong or missing item), tap Report a delivery problem on your order and we will resolve it, usually within 24 hours.
